Editorial de Moda concretizado em âmbito académico e com o patrocínio da Câmara Municipal da Póvoa do Varzim. Com as Camisolas Poveiras em foco, vestimentas tradicionais portuguesas, o objetivo foi criar uma ligação entre a tradição marítima existente na Póvoa do Varzim, representada nos ícones das camisolas e a moda contemporânea.
Os “Filhos do Mar”, representam a nova geração, os filhos dos pescadores, que, apesar de não continuarem o trabalho dos seus pais, não abandonam as suas raízes.
O espaço e a rede criam imagens que são uma analogia à tradição piscatória da zona da Póvoa de Varzim, agora abandonada pela geração mais jovem – uma memória do que já foi, da tradição e da cultura representada nestas camisolas.

Fashion Editorial materialized in academic scope and with the sponsorship of the Câmara Municipal da Póvoa do Varzim. With the Camisolas Poveiras in focus, traditional Portuguese clothes, the goal was to create a connection between the maritime tradition existing in Póvoa do Varzim, represented in the icons of the sweaters and contemporary fashion.
The "Filhos do Mar" in portuguese, or "Children of the Sea" represent the new generation, the children of the fishermen, who, despite not continuing the work of their parents, do not abandon their roots.
The space and the net create images that are an analogy to the fishing tradition of the Póvoa de Varzim area, now abandoned by the younger generation - a memory of what has already been, of tradition and culture represented in these sweaters.
